This position is the key link between our People & Culture and Digital team, you will leverage your business analyst and systems administration expertise to optimise our myPeople (SAP SuccessFactors) platform, translate business requirements into effective system solutions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver accurate workforce reporting and insights that support informed operational and strategic decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the key contact for P&C systems, providing support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating system improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system and reporting solutions.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements and new functionality with Digital teams and external vendors.
  • Manage system changes, testing and release activities to ensure smooth and successful implementations.
  • Develop and maintain workforce reports, dashboards and analytics to support business and people decisions.
  • Support governance processes, including enhancement prioritisation, change control and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide user training, guidance and support to maximise system adoption and capability.Ensure workforce data and reporting are accurate, reliable and meet compliance requirements. 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience administering and optimising HRIS platforms (Experience with SAP Successfactors is highly regarded).
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system, process and reporting solutions.
  • Strong experience in workforce reporting, analytics and dashboard development, including Power BI.
  • Demonstrated success delivering HR systems enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively across business, technical and vendor groups.
  • Experience managing system testing, release activities and change implementation.
  • Knowledge of HR system governance, data management and compliance requirements.
