Recruitment process:

1. Submit Your Application

2. Initial Phone Interview
If your application aligns with the role, a Talent Acquisition Partner will contact you for a conversation to discuss the opportunity.

3. Interview With the Hiring Team
Candidates who progress will be invited to a virtual or in‑person interview, based on availability.

4. Online Assessment
You will be asked to complete a brief psychometric assessment.

5. Second Interview (if required)
Some positions may involve a follow‑up interview(s).

6. Pre‑Employment Checks
We will conduct standard and position specific checks.

7. Offer & Onboarding
Successful candidates will receive a formal offer and employment contract, followed by next steps for onboarding.
