This position will provide application support, administration, continuous improvement, and project delivery with a predominant focus on the SAP SuccessFactors platform, while also supporting the broader Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations landscape and associated Finance and Human Resources systems across WaterNSW.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing critical business applications, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure the reliable operation, optimisation, integration, and continuous improvement of these platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support a modern enterprise application ecosystem that underpins critical People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Learning, and Talent Management processes across WaterNSW.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide Level 2/3 application support across SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and associated Finance and HR systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, data, and business process issues across the enterprise applications landscape.
  • Manage system configuration, administration, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise business value and operational efficiency.
  • Support testing activities, including system testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
  • Assist with application upgrades, releases, patches, and implementation projects across the SAP SuccessFactors and D365 environments.
  • Support integration monitoring and troubleshooting between SAP SuccessFactors, D365 Finance & Operations, payroll, identity management, and other corporate systems.
  • Work closely with People & Culture, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and other business teams to deliver ongoing process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives that enhance workforce, finance, procurement, reporting, and corporate service capabilities across WaterNSW.

 

What we are looking for:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration and support.
  • Experience supporting one or more of Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, or Performance & Goals.
  • SAP BTP Integration Suite experience.
  • HRIS, payroll, workforce management, or finance system integrations.
  • ITIL-based service management and incident resolution.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills.
  • Experience working within a complex enterprise application environment.
